Mould - Where applicable mould on silicone etc. will be pre-soaked to reduce and restore whitening.
Carpets - Will be hoovered, pre-sprayed and hot water chemical extraction.
Note: Cleans are undertaken where reachable only. If high ceilings or roofs that require ladders please disclose at the point of the quote request as additional charges may apply.
Note: Unless specified it is assumed all properties are unfurnished and free of clutter, items in cupboards, drawers, storage units and rooms. If it found the information provided at the time of quoting to be incorrect additional charges my apply to move items before cleaning. in all instances the client will be informed of additional labour charges.

Standard Tenancy Cleaning
The main difference between a standard tenancy and a deep cleaning it is assumed the property is of reasonable condition therefore does not require detailing on skirts, frames, sills, window frames, excessive grease & grime in kitchens, bathrooms etc. Therefore woodwork, frames, etc are dry wiped to remove dust and common work surfaces in kitchens damp wiped as opposed to heavy grease removal etc.. this reduces the total labour time resulting in a cheaper quote.
